Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Lead Producer to join our team working on Project Sirius - a multiplayer game set in The Witcher universe. You’ll spearhead our production teams and elevate our game development environment to new heights. In this role you will be at the forefront of our creative endeavors, guiding our developers to deliver top-tier content and fostering an innovative, collaborative, and high-performing production culture. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Executive Producer to lead the development and growth of our production team.
  • Cooperate with our leadership and cross-functional development teams, ensuring alignment with our vision and goals.
  • Form and nurture cohesive, high-performing teams that are empowered to self-organize and achieve outstanding results.
  • Oversee and enhance production processes, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, roadmaps, and requirements gathering, ensuring optimal efficiency.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks and queues, fostering incremental delivery with frequent integration.
  • Ensure that vision and goals are clearly defined, transparent, and understood at all levels of the organization.
  • Advocate for actionable and beneficial improvements, challenging the status quo with bravery and innovation.
  • Visualize, prioritize, and systematically remove waste and impediments, encouraging teams to own and solve their own challenges.
  • Lead the growth of our teams in both size and quality through dedicated coaching and mentoring, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and managing producers.
  • Experience in the development and shipping of AAA titles, showcasing the ability to manage large-scale projects.
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate across teams involved in the game development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile environment, with a focus on team empowerment and self-organization.
  • Experience building and growing teams 
  • Deep understanding of the technical limitations and pipelines in the game development process, along with knowledge of technical engineering best practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and DevOps.
  • Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools, enabling efficient project management and collaboration.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a positive and constructive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools to streamline production processes.

Additional Information

This job requires working in Boston, US.
Working mode: in-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity.
