Job Description

Daily responsibilities:

  • Providing professional front desk support at our Studio, including coordinating internal meetings, managing calendars, and ordering office and kitchen supplies.
  • Processing and reconciling invoices and expenses.
  • Cooperating with couriers, external vendors, and internal departments.
  • Managing the flow of incoming and outgoing documentation.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for visitors: investors, job candidates, journalists, industry professionals, fans, couriers, and all our guests.
  • Supporting the Administration team with day-to-day tasks.
  • Cooperating with other teams to ensure Studio operations run smoothly. 

Qualifications

  • Min. 1,5 year of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced spoken and written English.
  • High level of energy and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Estimated pay range for this position: 6 200 – 8 580 PLN gross monthly.
Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
