Job Description

Our Mocap Team is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a versatile candidate to join us as a Junior Motion Capture Stage Technician! In this role, you'll delve into animation, programming, audio, video, and even a touch of carpentry. As part of our team, you'll contribute to preparing animations for all CD Projekt RED projects. Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal clients and the motion capture team to prepare for recording sessions.
  • Support motion capture shoots by assisting performers with suiting up and setup.
  • Create and maintain props and sets, working closely with animators to design or modify custom setups.
  • Maintain the motion capture workshop.
  • Assist the Stage Manager with day-to-day responsibilities, including prop budgeting, placing orders, and managing props.

Qualifications

  • Basic sewing/tailoring skills.
  • Knowledge of at least one 3D software tool such as SketchUp, Blender, Unreal Engine, or Autodesk programs.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organized and time-efficient.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated interest in motion capture technology.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on a film or motion capture set.
  • Handicraft experience such as cosplay, woodworking, sculpting, or metalwork.
  • Manual skills in creating props (e.g., woodworking, metalworking).
  • Interest in animation or cinematics.

Working mode

Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw office.
Relocation is required.
