I confirm that the content I am submitting (“Creation”) is my own and independent work, that I own all copyrights to the Creation and that the Creation is created in accordance with CD PROJEKT RED Fan Content Guidelines. By submitting my Creation I grant CD PROJEKT S.A. a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, worldwide, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, exploit, transmit, perform and communicate my Creation in the community video format “It’s All About You!”.

In case my image is present in the Creation, I consent to the free use and distribution of my image recorded in the Creation by CD PROJEKT S.A. or entities related to CD PROJEKT S.A., without territorial restrictions, for the purposes of creating “It’s All About You!”. The videos belonging to this format may be broadcast on television, in VOD services, streaming services, in advertising spots, trailers, published on websites or in social media, regardless of the form of such materials and methods of distribution through which this dissemination takes place. CD PROJEKT S.A. has the right to grant third parties further consents to use the Creation for the above purposes.

I consent to the processing of my personal data submitted by me in this form by CD PROJEKT S.A. for the purposes indicated above.
